I’m Russell Dixon – an Auckland based marriage celebrant.
As well as having a passion for communication and events, I love working alongside couples who are looking to build a fun, relaxed, loving, and beautifully crafted wedding ceremony.
I enjoy working through the planning process to ensure the ceremony formality is tailored to the specific needs of the couple with a personalised touch that makes the ceremony unique and engages the guests.
Your biggest day needn’t be your most stressful. As an experienced performer with a background in MC’ing and hosting events, I know what it takes to ensure the smooth running of an important engagement.
Each wedding is as unique as each couple who chooses me as their marriage celebrant. I work with you to ensure everything is perfect, and that you feel comfortable, inspired, but most of all, relaxed and prepared for your ceremony, so that you can enjoy the experience.
I’m modern, love to laugh and have fun. I consider working with a couple towards their big day and sharing in their celebration as they tie the knot - as an absolute honour.
As well as officiating the wedding ceremony, I am also able to MC the reception or sing if this desired.

What I can offer as your Wedding Celebrant
As an Auckland-based celebrant, I cover all areas throughout the Metropolitan Auckland area and its surrounds. As I am Based in Royal Heights, I am also conveniently close to many of the West Auckland marriage venues.
Each wedding is unique therefore it’s important to me that I ensure your ceremony is a beautifully crafted original and designed for you.
Here’s what you can expect from my wedding ceremonies:

An initial meeting to discuss and plan your ceremony. Upon engagement, you will be asked to pay a non-refundable deposit to secure me as your celebrant for your wedding date.

From what you paint as your vision for the day, I will then set about creating your ceremony, and offering some advice and ideas. I can also help with your vows and give you some ideas for other things that you might like to consider in your ceremony, too.
